πŸ› οΈHow to Create a Manual Presale

All funds raised are sent directly to your wallet, giving you full control over how they're used. You can manually add liquidity on a DEX, list on a CEX, or allocate towards development and marketing

Best suited for:

  • Private sales and partial raises

  • Projects listing on a CEX

  • Projects looking to list on a DEX not currently supported by SolSale

  • Fund Raising Token: This is the token you are raising funds in and it will also be your liquidity. You can choose between SOL, USD1 and USDC. For example: SOL

  • Presale Rate: Presale Rate: This determines the value of your tokens at presale. The price is set depending on the Fund Raising Token! If you set SOL in the Fund Raising Token then you need to input how many tokens an investor would get if they buy 1 SOL worth. If you set USDC as the Fund Raising Token then you would need to input how many tokens an investor would get if they buy 1 USDC. For example: 800000

  • DEX Listing Rate: This is the value of your tokens once your token launches onto a DEX. The price is set depending on the Fund Raising Token! If you set SOL as the Fund Raising Token then you need to input how many tokens an investor would get if they buy 1 SOL worth. If you would set USDC in the Fund Raising Token then you would need to input how many tokens an investor would get if they buy 1 USDC. For example: 750000

  • Soft Cap: This is the minimum you must raise in order for the sale to be successful. Please note the softcap needs to be at least 11% of the hardcap! For example: 40

  • Hard Cap: This is the maximum you can raise in your sale. After the hardcap is met your sale will end. For example: 100

  • Minimum Buy: The minimum amount investors can buy in your presale. For example: 0.1

  • Maximum Buy: The maximum amount investors can buy in your presale. For example: 2

  • Start Date: This is the date you want your sale to begin.

  • End Date: This is the date you want your sale to end.

We usually recommend that a sale should last 48-72 hours.

  • Claim Date (Manual Listing): The earliest time investors can claim their tokens.

    You control when claiming begins:

    • Claims cannot be enabled before this date

    • Claims can be enabled anytime after this date

    • Investors cannot claim until you manually enable it

Token claiming does not happen automatically. You must manually enable claims for investors to receive their tokens

chevron-rightStep 4. Access Type, Referrals & Vestinghashtag

Presale Type: Choose between Whitelist or Public.

  • Whitelist: Only pre-approved wallet addresses can participate

  • Public: Open to all investors without restrictions

Whitelist Settings (if Whitelist is selected):

  • Whitelist Timer (seconds): Set how long your whitelisted investors have exclusive access before the sale opens to the public (if the Hardcap hasn't been reached).

  • Add WL Tier: Create multiple whitelist rounds with tiered access. Each tier gets its own timer and priority:

    • Tier 1: First access for the duration you set

    • Tier 2: Second access window, Tier 1 wallets can also participate

    • Tier 3: Third access window, Tier 1 and Tier 2 wallets can also participate

    • Continue adding tiers as needed

Note: Earlier tiers retain access in all subsequent rounds. If all timers expire and the Hardcap hasn't been met, the sale automatically becomes Public.

Referral System (optional)

  • Enable Referral System: Activate this to allow participants to earn rewards by sharing their unique referral link.

  • Referral Type: Choose your reward structure:

    • Reward Pool: A percentage of the total raise is set aside and split among all referrers based on their contribution Example: If you set 3% and the sale raises 100 SOL, 3 SOL is distributed proportionally among all referrers

    • Affiliate: Referrers earn a direct percentage from each purchase made through their link Example: If you set 4% and someone buys $100 worth, the referrer earns $4

  • Reward Percent (1-20%):

    • Percentage of total raise allocated to the referral pool. Recommended: 2-3% Example: 1%

    • For Affiliate: Percentage earned per individual purchase. Recommended: 2-3% Example: 1%

Sale Vesting (optional)

  • Add Sale Vesting: Enable token vesting to distribute presale tokens gradually over time.

  • Token Release on Launch (%): Percentage of tokens claimable immediately upon sale finalization. Example: 20%

  • Cliff (days): Waiting period after launch before the next token release begins. Example: 30 days

  • Token Release per Vesting Cycle (%): Percentage of tokens released in each vesting period. Example: 10%

  • Vesting Period Each Cycle (days): How often tokens are released after the cliff ends. Example: 14 days

  • Example Vesting Schedule: Using the examples above, your token distribution would work as follows:

    • At Launch: 20% claimable immediately

    • Days 1-30: Cliff period (no releases)

    • Day 44: First vesting release of 10% (30-day cliff + 14-day cycle)

    • Every 14 days after: Additional 10% released until fully vested
