How to Create an Auto Fair Launch

When finalizing an Auto sale on SolSale, you will need to confirm two transactions

With an Automatic Fair Launch you need to lock a % of the raise which will go to the liquidity on a DEX of your choosing, automatically upon finalisation of the sale. - Usually used for last rounds of the sale

Fair Launch has no hardcap, meaning there is no limit on the amount you can raise until the sale ends. Because there is no hardcap, you also can't set the exact price of the tokens - the price will be constantly changing depending on how many people buy and how much they buy

When setting up the sale you choose how many tokens in total you want to allocate to the sale and the price will be calculated every time there is a new buy. The final price of the tokens will be known when the sale ends.

1. To get started, go to this link

2. Next you enter in the address for your token and click next (make sure you have Auto selected)

3. Fill out the following sale details:

• Listing DEX: Here you choose which DEX you want to add your liquidity to. You can also select the version of the DEX you are listing on. We support Raydium v5 and v4 and also Orca. For example: Raydium v5

• Fund Raising Token: This is the token you are raising funds in and it will also be your liquidity. You can choose between SOL and USDC. For example: SOL

• Presale Amount: Here you input the total number of tokens that you want to allocate to the Fair Launch. For example: 250000

Please note: These tokens will only be used for the investors, you will need to deposit an extra amount of tokens based on the % you will put into the liquidity. The total amount of tokens needed for the pool creation will automatically be written on the bottom of the page once you submit Presale Amount, Dex Listing Rate and Dex Liquidity %.

• DEX Listing Rate: This is the value of your tokens once your token launches onto a DEX. If you input 100 the sale rate and DEX listing rate will be the same price. If you input 90, the sale rate will be 10% better than the DEX listing price and if you input 80, the sale rate will be 20% better than the DEX listing price. etc. For example: 90

• DEX Liquidity %: This is the % of the raise that will go to liquidity automatically upon the finalisation of the sale. The minimum is 10%. For example: 60

• Liquidity Lockup: This is how long you will lock liquidity for, the minimum is 7 days or you can burn it instead. The liquidity can always be re-locked for a longer period. You can use our Free Liquidity Lock here: https://solsale.app/create?type=lock For example: 90

• Soft Cap: This is the minimum you must raise in order for the sale to be successful. Please note the softcap needs to be at least 11% of the hardcap! For example: 40

• Hard Cap: This is the maximum you can raise in your sale. After the hardcap is met your sale will end. For example: 100

• Minimum Buy: The minimum amount investors can buy in your presale. For example: 0.1

• Maximum Buy: The maximum amount investors can buy in your presale. For example: 2

• Start Date: This is the date you want your sale to begin.

• End Date: This is the date you want your sale to end.

We usually recommend that a sale should last 48-72 hours.

• Estimated Launch: The expected time for the launch of your project - meaning when you want your token to go on DEX. You can finalize the sale before this timer if the hardcap has already been met, you can also finalise after this time runs out if you need some extra days before the launch. The Launch does not happen automatically. You will need to press on the FINALIZE button to finalize it.

4. In the next step you have to submit your graphics along with links to your socials:

• Sale Title: This is the name of your sale.

• YouTube Presentation Video: Enter your URL for your YouTube video here.

• Logo URL: This is where the logo for your project goes. It must be a URL which you can get by uploaded your image on https://postimages.org/ (We recommend using the dimensions 100x100 for the logo, but it resizes, so it doesn’t have to be exact).

• Upload your Logo here: This is where you can upload your logo as a file.

• Banner URL: This is an optional place to add your banner which is displayed on the pool page as well as on your presale card. The dimensions for the banner are 1024x150.

• Upload your Banner here: This is where you can upload your banner as a file.

• Website: Enter your sites’ URL here.

• Telegram: Enter your project’s telegram invite here.

• Twitter: Enter your Twitter URL here.

• Set Extras (optional): Click this to add optional additional links.

• Github: Enter your Github URL here.

• Discord: Enter your Discord invite here.

• YouTube: Enter your YouTube URL here.

• Whitelist Registration: Enter the URL for the whitelist competition here.

• Reddit: Enter your Reddit URL here.

• Project Description: Put the description to your project here. There is no character limit.

Select Sale Package:

• Choose between Simple, Standard or Premium
